Express Waste & Recycling was originally founded in 1998 and have grown rapidly through a combination of strategic acquisitions and internal growth. It was purchased by RMG in May 2006 to compliment RMG's recycling efforts and launch RMG into the solid waste hauling business. The Resource Management Group, Inc is a full-service waste and recyclable commodities solutions company headquartered in San Diego, California. RMG was born on the heals of the California Assembly bill 929, which required City Governance and its business community to recycle 50% of their Waste Streams through recycling channels. RMG quickly found a way to source, generate and trade theses recyclable commodities both domestic and internationally. RMG was established in 1994.

As a vertically integrated company, we provide our customers with a full range of service including: collection, transportation, disposal and recycling. By managing the entire waste management program, we offer our customers customized programs with exceptional flexibility and responsiveness.
